We strive to provide clear, professional, and high-quality services. Because our work involves time, expertise, and customized effort, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be requested within seventy-two (72) hours of payment, provided that:
No work product has been delivered or emailed to the client, and
The request is submitted in writing via email to info@inimegsolutions.com
within the 72-hour window.
If these conditions are met, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.
What Is NOT Eligible for a Refund
Refunds will not be issued if:

Any portion of the work has been completed and emailed or delivered to the client

The 72-hour refund window has passed

The client changes their mind after work has begun

The client fails to provide required information or feedback

The client is dissatisfied with subjective preferences after delivery (tone, style, wording), provided the work meets the agreed scope
What Is Included Instead of a Refund
If work has already been delivered, we may offer (at our discretion):

Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope

Clarifications or minor adjustments to align with the original brief
Revisions do not constitute a refund and are limited to the original project scope.
Delivery & Acceptance
Work is considered delivered once it has been sent to the client via email or another agreed-upon method. Upon delivery, the project is deemed accepted unless otherwise stated in writing.
