Refund Policy

We strive to provide clear, professional, and high-quality services. Because our work involves time, expertise, and customized effort, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

Refund Eligibility
A refund may be requested within seventy-two (72) hours of payment, provided that:
No work product has been delivered or emailed to the client, and
The request is submitted in writing via email to info@inimegsolutions.com
within the 72-hour window.
If these conditions are met, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.

What Is NOT Eligible for a Refund

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Any portion of the work has been completed and emailed or delivered to the client

  •  

  • The 72-hour refund window has passed

  •  

  • The client changes their mind after work has begun

  •  

  • The client fails to provide required information or feedback

  •  

  • The client is dissatisfied with subjective preferences after delivery (tone, style, wording), provided the work meets the agreed scope

What Is Included Instead of a Refund

If work has already been delivered, we may offer (at our discretion):

  • Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope

  • Clarifications or minor adjustments to align with the original brief


Revisions do not constitute a refund and are limited to the original project scope.

Delivery & Acceptance

Work is considered delivered once it has been sent to the client via email or another agreed-upon method. Upon delivery, the project is deemed accepted unless otherwise stated in writing.
